Selected from the 'Grand Herd' of Flowerdale Estate Alpacas in Victoria Australia, Shackleton is indeed a rare find.

Jointly owned, "Shack" is an exceptional medium fawn huacaya with an impeccable genetic background, and an extremely dense lustrous and soft handling fleece and a quiet and friendly temperament.

Shackleton`s cria are again stunning this season & he definately can throw all colours from whites through to black. More importantly his cria are something to behold & needless to say we are very satisfied with the results.  He really is something special.

Shack has won many ribbons in shows in Australia and has taken out Supreme Champion Fleece at the first ever Malvern Coloured A & P 2008 show in NZ.  Shackleton's progeny have won many broad ribbons including 3 Supreme breed and 3 Supreme fleece ribbons including National Supreme Champion Huacaya 2010 Oak Ridge Oliver.
